Dehydrator Sufganiyot Balls
½ cup raw almond meal
½ cup raw, melted coconut butter
4 Tbs hemp nuts
4 Tbs coconut flakes
3 Tbs agave nectar
18 drops liquid Stevia
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
tsp all-fruit jam
Melt coconut butter by partially submerging it in a saucepan
full of a few inches of boiled (not boiling; turn off flame) water. Put almond
meal, hemp nuts and coconut flakes in medium-size bowl. Add melted coconut
butter, agave nectar, Stevia, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir,
cutting and smashing down the coconut butter against the sides of the bowl.
Form the batter into small, round balls, and place on Teflex
dehydrator sheet (Excalibur recommended). Prick a small hole in the top of each
(with a fork or toothpick). Pour a drop of jam on the top of each. Dehydrate at
105 degrees for eight hours, then turn over and place on mesh sheet, and
dehydrate at 105 degrees for four more hours.
